How we work.
Construction has a lot of moving parts. Our job is to keep them organized, communicate clearly, and make sure every decision, detail, and deadline has an owner. Seven steps, from first vision to final handoff, so you always know where things stand and what's next.

Vision
It starts with a conversation. We get to know how you live and what you're dreaming of, the foundation everything else is built on.

Concept
Working with you and your architect or designer, we shape the vision into a clear direction: layout, materials, and the feel of the space. Alongside it we put together preliminary budget numbers, so you can see where things are headed, and roughly what they'll cost.

Plan Set
We bring your architect, engineers, and trades together around the construction drawings, working out every detail of the build before we break ground, not during it.

Proposal
With the plans complete, we run a full bid process: firm, fixed quotes from every trade and vendor on the job. Those numbers become a clear budget and schedule, written into a work agreement, so the cost, the timeline, and the expectations are all set before any work begins.

Permitting
Your architect handles the permitting. We work with you both to keep the paperwork and approvals moving, and to help a notoriously fun process go as smoothly as it can.

Construction
We break ground. Our crews build with precision and care, keeping you informed and on schedule at every step.
